Terms of Sale
The following Terms of Sale will govern the sale between Tropical Latitudes, LLC (the “Seller”) and you, our Customer, for any item purchased from our website. By buying from us, you agree to these terms.
FREE SHIPPING and Other Shipping
The prices quoted on the web page are intended to reflect sales to the Continental United States via UPS Ground. Any other destinations or shipment priorities will require prior authorization obtained by calling Tropical Latitudes, LLC at 321-777-1688 or toll free 1-888-876-7528. Please understand that the prices on all of our items on the web page do reflect shipping costs. Please feel free to visit our store to find the in store pricing available.
We ship in stock items within 2 business days of payment clearance. All delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. As some of our items will be back ordered, the availability of these items may be delayed. We will attempt to keep our records on availability updated, but if you are concerned with this, please do not hesitate to contact us to confirm when the items you want will be available.
Payments
We accept the following methods of payment: major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discovery, and American Express), PayPal, and company checks. We prefer payment by major credit cards.
Price
All prices are listed in US Dollars, unless otherwise indicated. All applicable state, local, federal, and international taxes and fees apply.
Refunds and Returns
We at Tropical Latitudes, LLC do our best to ensure that you will be satisfied with your experience with us, but if you are not satisfied for any reason with your order, you may return it for a full refund within 5 days of receipt. As shipping costs are factored into our prices, there will be a 10% restocking, handling fee assessed on all returned items. You will bear the cost of return shipping. Items must be returned in the condition in which they arrived and in their original packaging.
We accept returns only with a return authorization. In order to obtain a return authorization,
you must contact Tropical Latitudes, LLC 321-777-1688 or toll free 1-888-876-7528 within 10 days of receipt.
Custom Orders
Any and all custom orders can be cancelled up to the point of production. If your custom piece has been manufactured by one of our vendors, the purchase of custom pieces is non-refundable unless other arrangements have been made.
Availability
As we are dealing with artisans and artist all over the world and as many conditions effect the production and shipment of our products, it is not unheard of to have delays in either production or shipment. We only mention because we want you to be happy with us. Please know that Tropical Latitudes, LLC will do all it can to ensure that our products, and in the end yours, are created to the standards of quality that we require. We also will do all in our power to ensure that our products are shipped in a safe and efficient manner. What this means to you, the customer, is that we ask that you have patience with us.
